my experience with messi and anthony I recently purchased a new ram from Vaughan Chrysler. my salesperson messi was very understanding and efficient when I explained what I wanted. betwee I recently purchased a new ram from Vaughan Chrysler. my salesperson messi was very understanding and efficient when I explained what I wanted. between him and the finance guy Anthony they ironed out what I wanted and made things work quickly and we sealed the deal in no time. good job! also a shout out to Wilson in the showroom as he hooked me up with a little something extra as a bonus......thanks to him as well. as far as service dept at Vaughan Chrysler.......im up in the air right now so since I really have nothing good to say.....my mother taught me to say nothing at all. take it as you will. I had an extremely frustrating experience there this morning, that I will not get into.......but as of right now until problem is solved.....GRRRRRRRRR..... if this problem is resolved I will definitely write a new review to show my appreciation. sales people great ......service ......again leaving this alone for time being. Great buying experience I came into the dealership after watching many hours of truck reviews as well as keeping up to date on trucks of all makes/models/sizes. Looking for s I came into the dealership after watching many hours of truck reviews as well as keeping up to date on trucks of all makes/models/sizes. Looking for something fully loaded and used so I could benefit from the initial depreciation that happens with all vehicles I met Sherry, who showed me a few vehicles and I ended up test driving a used fully loaded 2500 series Laramie. I fell in love with this truck but eventually decided that even though it was fairly priced it was above my means and left in search of a smaller vehicle which was easier on the bank account. I decided to go to a small dealership and put a down payment on an Acura TSX. The dealership was night and day on how I was treated compared Vaughan Chrysler. It was shocking how the salesman knew nothing about cars and didn't seem to want to help, or be present at the dealership, or even answer the phone! So finally once I got ahold of him I got my deposit back and went right back to Vaughan Chrysler to talk with Sherry. Unfortunately she was off that day and I met with Messi another salesperson. Messi is a charismatic and funny guy who literally ran around the dealership to find a truck for me, and eventually showed me the truck that I wanted all along with all of the features that ram offers at a price that I didn't think was possible! Everyone that I spoke with at Vaughan Chrysler seemed to have my best interest in mind, and provided a great buying experience. I would recommend visiting this dealership to anyone who is interested in their products as they have a large selection that is constantly changing and I am more than happy with the service I received and everyone I spoke with. More
