Jumping from companies such as Mazda, Hyundai, Nissan, various Chrysler locations, to even popular used car dealerships located throughout the GTA. This search went on for over 6 months, until we landed at the Vaughan Chrysler location. From the moment that my spouse and I were introduced to Sirous we connected with him right away, it was like being re-acquainted with an old friend. Having visited numerous dealerships (other Chrysler dealerships included), we were either ignored by sales representatives, forced into pressured decisions or presented by money-hungry representatives looking to satisfy their quota. This was not the case with Sirous, instead he possessed an amazing personality, exemplified professionalism, was accommodating and above all, trusting. His overall demeanour and amazing customer service was also echoed by his fellow staff members, such as Michael Rebelo who facilitated the financials of the sale in addition to any post-sale inquires that we had in a prompt manner (even during a long weekend). Within the first 20mins, Sirous was able to help us narrow our search to a vehicle that met our criteria. He also fought vigorously to ensure that we got the most competitive pricing and that the bi-weekly cost fell within our price range.
