There was no pressure to buy, both are very easy going, calm people. A true test of character isnt when things are going well, that's easy. Its when things do not go your way that true character comes to the forefront. Well, I cancelled my order because of personal reasons and had to back out of the deal. These fellows were great to deal with even though I was no longer purchasing a truck, they were still just as helpful when I was backing out as they were when they were getting my business! We paid the dealership a fee to inspect, certify and clean up the car before pickup and they went above and beyond what I expected. When I picked up the car, it totally clean, while I paid for a basic clean up, they not only vacuumed the car, they also shampooed the seats and carpets, and they didn't stop there, they also cleaned the engine as well. They kept their promise to sell us a clean and reliable safe car. Thank you so much Michael Wahab and Rino Coletta for delivering such great service.
