I walked in to Vaughan Chrysler after being to the other Chrysler dealers in the area..I had been driving my old Dodge Journey for almost 10 years and I walked in to Vaughan Chrysler after being to the other Chrysler dealers in the area..I had been driving my old Dodge Journey for almost 10 years and It was just the time for change...I went to all the dealers by myself and I felt that every dealers were so pushy and were trying to take advantage of the fact that I was by myself and It was my first time purchasing a vehicle...Other than Vaughan Chrysler!!! I met this young and handsome sales person Sirous:) It felt like we had a friendship other than trying to purchase a vehicle...He was very honest and told me if I need time to think about it I could go and come back v.s. other dealers were trying to get me to do the deal right there...Very nice and honest person...He got me the vehicle that I was looking for...He gave me tinted windows for free (and I love it) and a great deal all together... Amazing Salesman I had been looking for a used vehicle for quite some time and found a vehicle that I wanted to see. I had been to many different car dealerships yet n I had been looking for a used vehicle for quite some time and found a vehicle that I wanted to see. I had been to many different car dealerships yet none gave me the respect as Ken Zhang did. From the get go he striked me as an honest person and I felt welcomed versus the other dealerships I felt just wanted to take my money. One issue that I had is that I need to go back and get the second key however in the big scheme of things that is very minor other it is an annoyance because I do live quite far. All in all a very welcoming environment with excellent people. More
