Worst Experience ever!We brought a 2013 Tiguan last May Worst Experience ever! We brought a 2013 Tiguan last May 2019, after that we have spend $8000 in 18 months on repairing. First with the turbo char Worst Experience ever! We brought a 2013 Tiguan last May 2019, after that we have spend $8000 in 18 months on repairing. First with the turbo charge, repair of Oil leaking, car suspension. After brought it back to dealership to get it service (Vaudreuil Volkswagen) in Sep 2020 service employee notify us there oils leaking problem, BUT NOTHING I NEED TO WORRY, IT WONT COST A PROBLEM, YOU DON'T NEED IT TO BE FIX! While we drove back to Toronto, we notice that was MASSIVE oil leaking (about 2 pints leaking on our driveway), it was 3 days after i got it service in Vaudreuil Volkswagen, I didn't have any problem with the leaking before i brought to service, we end up need to brought back to Toronto Volkswagen dealership to get it check, guess what, cost us another 3K to fix! Filed complain to VW dealership and called customer service, gave them all the details said they will investigate the whole situation and will get back to me in 24-48 HOURS, no response for weeks and end up getting terrible customer service said nothing they can do and try to settle with me 200$CAD VW voucher, this is completely absurd and unacceptable. If i knew i end up spending 8k fixing my car, i would definitely getting a better brand. More
