I just bought a used car from VVW and I went to two other dealers before deciding to buy here. Its always hard to make choices with big purchases but he gave me the time I needed. He answered all my questions to his ability. We even had a talk about how important feeling comfortable with a car purchase is and how he likes to interact naturally and not force the sale. I then talked to their Financial manager Marie-ève and she was very sweet and kind. Obviously they are a business and they want to make the sale, but I also felt confident with them because they were so friendly and professional. She found a way to get me what I wanted in the deal. She was patient and understanding. I am very satisfied with my experience at VVW! I talked with several other salespeople and managers and everyone seemed very kind, down to earth and most importantly - human. I've only had the car for a few days but it looks like their certified inspection was good.
