Il me fait plaisir de partager mon expérience chez mon concessionnaire Vaudreuil Volkswagen. Comme toujours, je prends rendez-vous, j'arrive, la porte du Service ouvre, et on m'accueille avec un sourire e concessionnaire Vaudreuil Volkswagen. Comme toujours, je prends rendez-vous, j'arrive, la porte du Service ouvre, et on m'accueille avec un sourire et on me traite comme "LA CLIENTE" la plus importante du jour. Aujourd'hui, c'est "Steven" qui m'a accueilli (je ne l'avais jamais rencontré)--jeune homme très gentil et professionnel!.Sans tarder, Steven me demande d'expliquer la raison de ma visite, il me rassure qu'il comprend et me présente les documents nécessaires et il m'invite à m'asseoir dans la salle d'attente toute propre. Les sièges sont numérotés et on m'assigne le numéro 7. C'est immédiatement évident que mon siège a été désinfecté car il y a une note plastifiée à cet effet. Bref... mon rendez-vous se déroule à l'heure, sans problème, et agréablement. Dans très peu de temps Stéphane Desrosiers vient me voir--il est au courant et proactif concernant les ajustements effectués. Stéphane me remet ma clé et il m'indique où se trouve ma voiture (toute propre et lavée comme toujours!). Je suis 200% satisfaite du travail et de la brève attente.
