I just bought a used car from VVW and I went to two other dealers before deciding to buy here. When I first walked in, the receptionist was really kind and professional and made me feel comfortable there. I dealers before deciding to buy here. Its always hard to make choices with big purchases but he gave me the time I needed. He answered all my questions to his ability. We even had a talk about how important feeling comfortable with a car purchase is and how he likes to interact naturally and not force the sale. I then talked to their Financial manager Marie-ève and she was very sweet and kind. Obviously they are a business and they want to make the sale, but I also felt confident with them because they were so friendly and professional. She found a way to get me what I wanted in the deal. She was patient and understanding. I am very satisfied with my experience at VVW! I talked with several other salespeople and managers and everyone seemed very kind, down to earth and most importantly - human. I've only had the car for a few days but it looks like their certified inspection was good. With any purchase, knowing what you want before you go in is always the best, that way the dealer can help you find you what you want. Final notes: Friendly, professional, and down to earth. More
