Unfortunately my experience wasn’t as pleasant as others. It actually ended with me leaving because I was being treated unfairly by their operations director. He wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and instead It actually ended with me leaving because I was being treated unfairly by their operations director. He wouldn’t let me finish a sentence and instead told me out meeting was useless since the survey they send out was already filled out. He told me I wasted his time and that I was supposed to read between the lines that they’d try to buy me out to get a better score on the survey. It got to a point that I had to call VW Canada to make a formal complaint against him. That said, other staff members were nice, the facilities are nice and clean and my car is great. More
