We were travelling, headlights went out! Took the vehicle to the dealership in Gateneau (I think lol) and they did not hesitate to fit us in and get us back on the road within the hour!! Did I mention they were booked solid and yet still put us ahead of their appointments for that day! We were extremely thankful with being so very far from home and panicked! My hat goes off to the lady who takes care of the public (greeter/scheduler/admin..she calmed us down, had a giggle. She made us feel as though everything would be fine, and it was. The first gentleman to greet me when they opened for the day was a bit on the not so nice side, using the excuse his English was not good. He redirected us. But I couldn’t shake how he looked at us, as though we didn’t belong at a Volkswagen dealership lol. The judgemental type..we had been on the road steady, without sleep for two solid days without sleep/bathing etc lol. It seemed as though he didn’t want to prepare the car (inside/out) because it was dirty and wreaked of cigarette smoke.all I could do was laugh at this point. I guess we were over tired and it showed and this gentleman made us aware of our situation just by his facial expressions alone. All in all I would recommend this dealership to anyone before any other,l. The lady more then made up for his judgemental attitude toward our situation. To her, thank you so much!
