Excellent Work - Used Truck Purchase - Review I first contacted the dealership over the internet after scouring used Truck Ads for about a month and a half. I asked for more information about a used F150 that was on their used lot. I received a reply within 30 mins by Ben Turgeon. I was working during the day and therefore we were able to start the process via email. I gave him my budget range, and he confirmed he would be able to make it work for me. Financing was arranged via the website at a very reasonable interest rate, and then we finally talked (in the evening) to make arrangements to look and test drive the truck. The test drive went well. The only problem encountered was some slight body damage to the driver side of the truck which was unnoticeable in the pictures on the website. Ben immediately arranged the repairs. The repairs prevented me from picking up the truck that day, so I had to wait a week until my next days off, but the repairs were done really well. I picked up the truck on my next days off. Ben was very good to deal with, no pressure, and professional, not to mention he was able to sneak in an autographed Bo Levi Mitchell jersey for the Mrs !! Russell Grab helped me with the financing and the paper work. Steve Kindred also introduced himself and we had a pretty good chat about the Flames while Russell was getting the paperwork in order. I would recommend Ben Turgeon and Varsity Chrysler if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle. More
