We traded in our 2019 Hyundai Tuscon for a Dodge Ram Classic 2019 in Feb 2022. Initially we were really happy with the service from everyone, however when our car loan was meant to have been paid off th Classic 2019 in Feb 2022. Initially we were really happy with the service from everyone, however when our car loan was meant to have been paid off they didn't clear the whole account balance, which resulted in us having to pay for 2 car loans for the whole of the month of March. Then, when we asked them about this, we were given the run around by the loan manager, he never returned our calls, the loan staff member we were previously dealing with named Angela left the company soon after 'paying off our previous loan'. This has resulted in us being financially in the crapper and to rectify the situation instead of cutting us a cheque for the difference (close to $500 I might add), they sent it to the bank and now we are going to have to wait another month to get our money back. Then they tell you different excuses, "we sent the cheque" -they did not, "we can pay you so you don't have to wait" - then their policy mysteriously changes so they can't do that for you. Randy was initially helpful, then NEVER returned any of our phone calls. Another example of their incompetence is when we initially applied for the loan through Varsity they checked our credit not once, not twice but 7 TIMES which has resulted in our credit rating taking a HUGE hit. It's like they give you great service when they know they are getting a sale, going above and beyond but once the purchase is done, YOU DON'T MATTER! There are too many people, too many ego's and not enough caring for the customer. I would not recommend dealing with these people, they seem good initially, don't listen to what you can afford, and then add on extras such as warranties that they don't even talk to you about before adding it on. They must make money by adding extra's on, more money in their pockets, not ours and it's very disappointing to say the least. DON"T BE FOOLED LIKE WE WERE!! Still waiting.....no refund yet and we have another car payment coming out this week....so frustrating!! We will be booking car services through another provider, we don't want to put even more money into this circus. More
Josh Whiteley and Varsity Chrysler tried to SCAM me. I was in Varsity on March 18th 2022 to buy a used 2019 Ram and they tried to pull a xxxxxxxx SCAM on me. I was dealing with Josh(BILL) Whiteley and I made it clear that the price that we were discussing was the ALL IN PRICE, (Both Josh and the sales manager agreed to this) and it was also written on the offer form and initialed before we discussed the purchase price. We agreed on a purchase price and I agreed to buy it, and even got the tour of the dealership. Josh had to get it booked in for the final detailing before I picked it up. Josh pushed me for a 5* review. Well Josh you got your review! All of a sudden when I was going to leave my deposit the price was increased by around $1,200. They tried to say that they didn't know we were talking about all in pricing.(THIS WAS NOT A MISTAKE AS MENTIONED ABOVE, THEY ALL AGREED THAT IT WAS AN ALL IN PRICE BEFORE HAND! IT WAS A xxxxxxxx SCAM HOPING THAT I'D JUST PAY THE EXTRA BECAUSE I WAS ALREADY BUYING IT) On a positive note Lee Pornasdoro at South Trail Chrysler was great to deal with when I bought a truck there a couple hours later. South Trail Chrysler will get Josh's 5* review that he wanted! More
Good morning Josh - I have to say I'm really disappointed that even you could not be bothered to call me back as you had stated. Having been completely honest with you and your colleague about our circumsta that even you could not be bothered to call me back as you had stated. Having been completely honest with you and your colleague about our circumstances and the reasons for our poor credit, I remained hopeful that this new employment position might be a sign of things changing for the better for my wife and I. Respectfully, I completely understand if there is nothing your company can do to assist us in the purchase of a new vehicle but to be disregarded and treated with such indifference and heedless disrespect as to not even follow-up with me is truly unfortunate and most disappointing. With all due respect, if we must wait 3-6 months and pay cash for a good quality used vehicle, then this is ok with us and we are prepared to do this. Having said this, please know that such a future purchase will certainly not be with your company. I truly hope that you and your colleagues never have to experience the hardship of losing everything so late in life due to a natural disaster which is simply beyond yours, and anyones, influence or control. We have never been ones to feel sorry for ourselves but have been amazed to see how different some people now treat us as we no longer present with an excellent credit rating as we did for the majority of our lives. I honestly thought better of you Josh, and your company, and am lost for words in even expressing my regret and shock that this appears to be our experience. We have met all kinds of people over our lifetime but it never gets any easier though to excuse and accept such unprofessional mannerisms and attitudes. While I imagine my words will have little to no meaningful effect with you, I continue to wish you well Josh and truly feel sorry that you were not able to see beyond a credit score and see us as the good, honest and hard-working people we are. I believe we deserved at least that much!!! More

Egotistical sit behind my desk service manager who couldn’t even directly look at me and speak to me like a human being. I wasn’t rude or unkind just concerned about my service bill and experience and basically he dismissed me and couldn’t be bothered. Good job Varsity Chrysler you’ve lost a client from the last 10 well actually prob 15-20 years that we’ve been coming there. Hope the 600 bill that your mechanics screwed up the first time for the same amount of money and you charge the customer, is worth losing a client who is about to purchase a new vehicle. Run …don’t purchase a vehicle from them because the service department is a joke. More

The most useless collection of service advisors and technicians I have ever experienced. Every single time I bring my truck in for service there is a new problem to deal with. Brought in for an oil cha technicians I have ever experienced. Every single time I bring my truck in for service there is a new problem to deal with. Brought in for an oil change and on the way into the service bay one of their technicians hit a wall with my truck. Had to go without for over a week so they could repaint my bumper. Web in with an a/c issue and their techs misdiagnosed 3 times on 3 separate days where I had to rent a vehicle while they had mine, only to be told on the 4th visit that it was a completely different issue that they missed over and over again and was not warranty like they said and was quoted 4x the price of any other shop to fix. Most recently (today) I brought my truck in to have a cracked axle boot replaced which I called ahead and booked 4 days in advance noting the part that needed replacing. They took my vehicle at 8am and kept it all day, called me at 3:30 and told me the part wasn’t in stock and tried to reschedule. They are an absolute joke of a dealership and I would avoid at all costs. Also, these are only a few highlights of a long list of issues I’ve had with these clowns. If I could give zero stars I would. More
Absolutely terrible customer service. Wouldnt tell me straight up when my new Charger was arriving from Ontario; every two weeks it was "oh it will be another two weeks" every couple of weeks.
