My Jeep Wrangler I am happy with my purchase. What was upsetting was that I couldn't get back my deposit. When the dealership wanted their money I gave it to them but I am happy with my purchase. What was upsetting was that I couldn't get back my deposit. When the dealership wanted their money I gave it to them but when it was time to get my deposit it back they couldn't give it to me because they exceeded their daily limit. For goodness sake I brought in a Bank Draft (cash) for more than a third the cost of my Jeep plus $1000 deposit to the dealership. Also, when I went to register my Jeep my last name was spelled wrong. I had a great salesman who went over and above his responsibly and sent me an e-transfer which I hope the Dealership reimburses him. More

I changed salesman part way through the process, not by choice. Devon moved on and I ended up with Christophe. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I was well looked after by both Christophe and the sales manager, Jon. I’ll be the first to say I’m a picky guy, and I ask a lot of questions. Christophe and Jon always made time for me and answered all my questions even when I would show up at the dealership unannounced. Everything went great right up to the time I took delivery of the SRT. During the walk around of the vehicle we found some minor issues that disappointed me. Christophe assured me they would take care of everything. We made a list of the items I wanted addressed and scheduled a service appointment. Christophe even gave me a ride home in his personal vehicle in order to accommodate my schedule when I dropped off the SRT. Today I picked the vehicle up after having my concerns dealt with and I have to say they dealt with everything and dealt with it properly. Every issue was addressed and made right. I’m extremely happy with the vehicle and the work that was performed. The body shop & service department did an awesome job. Kyle Jay is my go-to service advisor. Great job guys, best experience to date across the board. More
