Poor service, manager not available. Service Department Aaron Johnson We have been dealing with the service department for over a month now. We had an insurance claim on our Jeep and it has been a terrible experience. Th We have been dealing with the service department for over a month now. We had an insurance claim on our Jeep and it has been a terrible experience. The service department continually said it would be done by a certain date but it would always get delayed. They don’t call to let us know though we would have to continually follow up. They told us our vehicle would be ready for sure so we drove 5 hours to pick it up and when we got there it was not ready. They had been replacing a headliner and doing electrical work and had forgotten to hollyhock the sun roof back up. When we picked up the vehicle later that day we noticed the headliner was not installed properly and several panels were very loose. They told us we could get the work done closer to home. We also had an electrical fault a few days after pick up even though we were assured the vehicle was safe to drive. We took the vehicle to a dodge dealer closer to home to have the adjustments done and received an email from varsity saying the work was approved. Now varsity is saying the work isn’t approved and we need to bring it back to Calgary to have the work done. On top of that they continually transfer and keep you on hold. Will definitely be filing an AMVIV complaint first thing Monday morning! More

Service Center Great service at Varsity on all levels. FREEDOM gave me a quote on replacing windshield and service due on 2018 Summit.
