I have owned a 2 VW in the past, and after my husband crashed my Jetta TDI, which was from Clarkdale too, I came in just to browse at the new Golf Wagon. I was extremely impressed with Adhams' knowledge crashed my Jetta TDI, which was from Clarkdale too, I came in just to browse at the new Golf Wagon. I was extremely impressed with Adhams' knowledge of the cars & the diesel engines. I know my cars, and this was the first time that the Sales guy knew more than I did. Being a woman, the sales guys always assume I don't know much and can be condescending, but this was not the case. I still shopped around to VW in Surrey & Richmond, but came back to Clarkdale cuz I trusted & respected Adham's knowledge & because I had had great service with my past Jetta. I came in for a test drive with Lucas and he was great, that I ended up buying the car that day. Thanks you Lucas, Adham & Christina. You were all awesome! More

Sara from the get go had so much information about the vehicle i was interested in. When we went for the test drive she answered everything i asked honestly. Adam Niblock was extremely knowledgeable about VW and did not pressure me at all I visited a number of car dealerships and he was by far the best sales person I dealt with! I don't like dealerships, But I found a used tdi with low km's at clarkdale. It was not your usual sales scenario, no pressure and laid back negotiations. Long story short, with no warranty the sales department offered to fix it for free. More

OK. I admit it... I am a difficult customer. I am a type A perfectionist with a slight case of OCD. I tend to research and obsess over the purchases I make. Well, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Clarkdale VW and sales-guy Adam Niblock, in particular. I arrived at the dealership on a simple research mission to check out the new Jetta - TDI. I had my heart set on buying an Audi or BMW - both cars I have had and loved in the past - and wanted to simply rule out the other options. I drove the Jetta and it honestly just didn't do it for me... but as I was about to walk off the lot (for good) Adam showed me the new VW Tiguan. It had the same engine as the Audi A4 and all wheel drive I was looking for as well as more space and cargo room for the baby stuff we are soon going to be carrying. I took it for a spin and liked it but I still wasn't sold... Adam was very knowledgable about the entire VW line as well as the pros/cons of the competitors comparables. He was smart, funny, insightful, and above all that a good person... I never felt like I was being given the hard sell or pushed into anything I didn't want to do. I went through all the motions at both Audi and BMW but kept coming back to VW because of Adam and his willingness to help. I bought the VW Tiguan and I absolutely love this car! Adam made this experience fun and easy. He has gone above and beyond the call of duty after the sale to make sure I am happy and that everything is in order. We went to the Richmond dealership before coming here. The salesman did not do a good job. We spent less than 2 hours with Matt and our decision was made.
