So my experience in Volkswagen Clarkdale was great, Jason was very helpful to introduce a car which based on my requirements and budget, negotiate the price deal on behalf of me and try to get the best offer for me as he could, what surprise me the most was he did give me a call a week later after I pick up my car and check if I am okay with my new purchase. Since I am a "newbie" to Canada so it took some time to settle the financial with my purchase and the finance team helped me to search for the best offer and explained to me the situation that I was in, at the very beginning I was not very comfortable with the arrangement but they had been very patient to understand my concerns and recommend a few options for me to consider. Overall, it is a very nice experience with Clarkdale, if I happen to trade or buy another car, I will definitely go to them again. More

Splendid Experience on Replacement of My Tire I must say that I had a pleasant experience dealing with the Serviceman, Jens Eggers. Rushing to work, leaving from work to run errands, go to my mee I must say that I had a pleasant experience dealing with the Serviceman, Jens Eggers. Rushing to work, leaving from work to run errands, go to my meetings and appointments without a vehicle was the most difficult thing that I've ever encountered lol. I would probably say frustrating and time consuming? Regardless, patience is a virtue. Because I would consider myself somewhat of a car blonde, he was very competent and clear on what had to be done with my tire, I wasn't taken advantage of, I didn't pay for any extras and he even gave me a free vacuum service, which I still yet need to book an appointment for. Oh wait, and a free pair of signature Volkswagen mittens to make up for all the times I kept on coming back and fourth. Very satisfied and a happy camper!!! The actual lady who processed my purchase (I think her name was Kristine-she was training) was wonderful!! The service she gave me was outstanding. If it was not for her, I am not sure I would have rated my experience so high. Kong and Trevor were great, but she pushed it over the edge. The gentleman who did my car insurance was also fantastic. My experience would have been perfect if it were not that the lady in the finance department...shame. More

The staff are super friendly in a very professional way. They greeted me with smile, offered options of transportation, answered my questions efficiently and explained everything they've done in the end. With their help, I always know what to expect next with either the car or the services. The environment was also clean and considerate, which allowed my waiting time to be productive. Before I left I asked for a quotation for installing something I needed, and Jens got back to me from his manager promptly on the same day. Special thanks to Jens who has been helping since the beginning(2013) - when my 2013 Beetle Fender Edition was fairly new, and he always makes sure he learns the manual book before I do.
