I Purchased a new truck in Oct 2021 added a few extras to the truck. My truck had to go to the chevrolet dealership in port alberni for some of the work. The manager Brett Brenneman offered to deliver my tr the truck. My truck had to go to the chevrolet dealership in port alberni for some of the work. The manager Brett Brenneman offered to deliver my truck to Victoria when completed. When I received my truck a few weeks later it arrived with fine scratches all over the body of the truck as well on the windshield of the vehicle. The steering was finger tight. I contacted the manager and he agree to fix the damages. long story short the dealership never repaired the damages to the truck. I paid another ford dealership where I live to fix the steering wheel. I also forwarded my emails I had with Brett to the owner Will Pulford and he never responded to my emails. The Port Alberni Ford and Chevrolet dealerships are very corrupt and dishonest. They will gladly take your money. We all know how expensive vehicles are so I highly recommend shop else where for a new vehicle. More

This was my first new car purchase and I had been shopping in the lower mainland for a new Mustang. It took a trip to Port Alberni from Richmond to make it happen. A big thanks to Cliff who picked me up from Nanaimo, Gerry, Charles, Mark, Brett, and Will who made the negotiations and after sales service happen. It was a fantastic pick up location for a Mustang GT and a true team effort. I would recommend anyone buying a Mustang to go to Van Isle Ford . The bonus is the drive back!! More

What a pleasure it was to be in such a positive and up-beat environment. Everyone here obviously enjoys their work. This was an absolutely painless and no-pressure experience for us. Our sales rep, Charles Mealey, was extremely patient at answering all of our questions (in person and through numerous emails) and he did an outstanding job in going over our new Ford Edge with us from front to back. Brett Brenneman, the sales manager, negotiated with us fairly and professionally (he even took us out for a test drive when Charles was delivering another vehicle). Mark Webster (Finance) explained all of our options re: extended service and maintenance plans. We could not have asked for a better experience and it was worth the 40 minute drive from Parksville.
