I had an amazing experience with customer service. My representative Shannon McDonald helped with test drive booking and assisted with all settings to deal with controls and navigation. Then I received several quotes for different trims and had a chance to compare two of the options during the test drive. So, I made a decision and booked a day for closing the deal. Staff member picked me up from my place on time and I closed the deal within 1h. I got assistance for setting up software and iPhone linking from Claudia Ingram and felt comfortable in the new vehicle. Overall experience was great!!! More
