Terrible service! So frustrating we have had at least 3 bad expériences with them. We only took our truck the last time because its under a maintenance aggreement. How So frustrating we have had at least 3 bad expériences with them. We only took our truck the last time because its under a maintenance aggreement. However they seem to never want to do the work and honor our service aggreement with ford and honor our warranties. I will never take another vehicle here again if if i need to drive 40 min away to get my service aggreement honored. Major double thumbs down. More

Service department charged me PARTS and labour to replace my steering box, then it leaked and failed about 10 days later. Had it towed to a private mechanic who on the spot showed me that the steering box an my steering box, then it leaked and failed about 10 days later. Had it towed to a private mechanic who on the spot showed me that the steering box and reservoir were the original and had not even been touched (old grease and road grime) on box and reservoir. But he did show me that an “additive” to “puff up” the seals was present. Went back to service department and the manager just looked blankly at me refused to say anything or do anything about the dept. cheating me out of a substantial amount of money. No denial or investigation into being caught ripping people off. THIS happened a few weeks after my wife purchased a used vehicle for herself from the sales dept. I have told of this experience to anyone and everyone and have learned that it was common knowledge that their service dept was/is “suspect” and unreliable as far as “parts and labour are concerned…..foretold is for warned More

Jesse and Tony was amazing to work with right from the beginning until we walked out with our new Ford Bronco sport.
