Worst experience ever buying a vehicle! The finance manager I dealt with put the contract & financing through higher than the bill of sale. It was brought to his attention immediately and i was reassured it would be fixed. I was even sent a screen showing the payment made to the loan, which was bogus when I checked with the bank. It has now been over 5 months from the purchase date and I am still waiting for reimbursement of the overcharge. Called & emailed him 2 weeks ago & I was told Accounting would give him the cheque and he would personally make the payment plus interest for the incorrect higher amount & I'm still waiting. Never mind doing anything to make this right! Unacceptable way to do business!!! Would never recommend getting financing at this dealership. More

Parts Department were the worst. These old men there seemed not enjoying their job. Went there couple times just to buy coolant for my car. Very disappointed in Universal Ford. They put old tires on my suv when I bought it and brushed me off when I asked about it. I bought the suv anyways. When I needed a tire patch, I was told the tire was to on my suv when I bought it and brushed me off when I asked about it. I bought the suv anyways. When I needed a tire patch, I was told the tire was too worn and I needed to replace all four. I hadn’t had the car a year yet! I only put 13,000 and they needed to be replaced. The tires only had 52,000 kilometres. They offered me a small discount. They even admitted the tires should have lasted longer but still did nothing to resolve anything. I feel they want you to buy a car but after that they could care less.. I would save your money and buy some where else. More

My only complaint would be that I found an earring in the overhead sun shield and that there was some kind of greasy residue on the centre consul. but both of those things are trivial - the vehicle works well and the customer service was great!!
