I bought my 2019 Jeep Wrangler in July of this year and it’s been four months and my navigation stopped working. It couldn’t locate my location so I brought into unique Chrysler on walkers line and they sa it’s been four months and my navigation stopped working. It couldn’t locate my location so I brought into unique Chrysler on walkers line and they said it’s probably the whole radio so I set up an appointment two weeks from that date. That ended up being yesterday and once I got my vehicle back they said they ordered a new radio and that my radio had crashed during diagnosis which meant I had no access to my screen/music/nav. I left unique chrysler and had the night to sleep on the fact that I wasn’t in a fully functioning car so I planned to come today and talk to them about getting into another vehicle while my car waits for the part. I paid for a $50,000 + vehicle and I thought I deserve to be in a brand new car where everything is working. Before I could even make it out my door to my 6am workout my car was completely dead and screen glitching. The tow company arrived at 6:30 and I got to unique Chrysler by 7am, the manager there explained he was not authorized to give me a rental and told me to reach out to FCA Canada and that they would be the best people to talk to to help me out. I got through on the line and my case managers named was Andrew. Right off the bat I knew this guy didn’t care about my situation, he was ignorant and would cut me off as I spoke reading from a manual it seemed. He then said we could set up a rental and when I gave my phone to the service manager he changed his mind and said because they rebooted my car and got it to run they wouldn’t give me a rental. I started arguing with him because after the amount of money I’ve paid for my Jeep and the headache it has caused me I thought any customer service rep would do whatever’s possible to make the customer happy. I was sadly wrong in this situation. He said he didn’t think it could happen and would run it by his manager. He then said the manager said the same thing and when I asked to talk to the manager I was told that he wasn’t available. The lack of concern for my situation was disgusting and the fact that I couldn’t even talk to someone was disappointing. I left that phone call feeling very defeated and felt like I wasn’t taken seriously at all. I have zero respect for FCA Canada and believe they need to do some serious customer service training. If it wasn’t for the unique Chrysler team at the walkers line location in Ontario I would never purchase anything from FCA again. More

She left us to spend time looking at the car without any pressure to make a quick decision. Leah is very intuitive and was able to answer most of our questions and help us find the right car for us. We did however have a few unresolved issues that I believe really stemmed from the dealership. 1) We believe that when we first saw the car the original car mats were in clear plastic covers and placed under the replacement Weather Tech mats. When we picked up the car and came home we found they were no longer there. We have no proof and no one at the dealership is providing any explanation as to what happened to whatever was in the clear plastic. 2) When we picked up the car we then got the second key fob. When we got home we found out it did not work and that a brand new battery did not fix it. The fob needed to be replaced and we are now left to pursuing this on our own. 3) We purchased, and Unique Auto applied their Mastershield rust inhibitor protection, however when we picked up the car, they would not provide the terms and conditions of the warranty. I had to continue to follow up with them and had to also call FCA twice and other chrysler dealers and eventually FCA agreed that they would mail it to me and get this over with. I don't believe any of these 3 issued are due to Leah. I do think that this is still a decent dealership but I am however disappointed at the dealership's handling of this situation and lack of ownership of the problems. Vince Pellegrino More

Not only were they patient with us on the purchase of our new 2019 Dodge Ram 1500, they also worked with us to help us find exactly what we wanted and needed. We we’re so happy with the first purchase that we ended up doing a second deal on a 2019 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. Great team, great people, and great deals. Thanks Unique! More
