Great Experience My first visit was to only get brochures for the Ram trucks and my first contact was Leah, she gave me the brochures and offered her card if I require My first visit was to only get brochures for the Ram trucks and my first contact was Leah, she gave me the brochures and offered her card if I required any assistance. Because this was my request and she complied, Leah was assured my business. When I returned to inquire about a Ram truck purchase Leah was very knowledgeable of the product line and answered all of my many questions. After crunching numbers I decided to go ahead with a purchase and this was the time Paul became involved, between Leah and Paul they were able to secure the vehicle I was interested in and made a satisfactory offer for my trade in vehicle. They were also able to have my new truck delivered, prepped and ready for me before the date and time originally stated. Thanks for a great experience. Drove 2 hours for nothing I was in contact with a sales guy at the beginning of the weekend about a very certain vehicle I wanted to come look at, he told me he couldn't give m I was in contact with a sales guy at the beginning of the weekend about a very certain vehicle I wanted to come look at, he told me he couldn't give me any numbers on payments etc. Until he saw my car which was going to be a trade in( he needed to price it first). I said give me the roughest number you have for payments and I'll make the 2 hour drive to Burlington, he came back with a reasonable number around my price point so I made the two hour drive the next day because he said it was worth it. I got there and he told me he re did the numbers ( still didn't see my trade in) and they were completely over what I was willing to pay. He didn't even look at my trade in car once to quote it. The only reason he gave me any sort of numbers ( which were indeed false) was to get me to his dealership. He then went on to try and sell me different vehicles that he knew I wasn't even interested in. I was so upset and angry leaving this dealership. Very unprofessional, huge waste of my time. More

EXCEEDS EXPECTATION-GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE All excited with the interest rate I received based on my low credit rating and financial situation, I went to Unique Chrysler (Burlington) expecting All excited with the interest rate I received based on my low credit rating and financial situation, I went to Unique Chrysler (Burlington) expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even consider a new vehicle was an option. I ended up getting a brand new 2017 Jeep Compass 4X4 with all the bells and whistles. DEANNA MAI, took the time and patience, running back and forth (like a realtor) to her General Manager, to get me a payment comfortable that I can afford. On receiving the car, she ensured I knew how everything worked and I was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Deanna.
