My husband and I had spent the last four years in our 2014 Wrangler and Cherokee and was at the dealership for an oil change. After Derek showed us a Dodge Ram 1500 we were interested with the discounts that were being offered in August. We returned to the dealership on the civic holiday to test drive the Ram and didn't like it at all. Derek didn't resort to 'pressure tactics' at all and his only goal was to find us a vehicle that we would love. He literally marched us around the lot showing us EVERYTHING while I walked around saying, "NOPE! NOPE! NOPE!" A 2019 Hydra Blue Pearl Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk caught my eye. We took a look, but I wasn't totally jazzed about the car. We walked that day with no difficulty or pressure from Derek. I found myself still thinking about the car. Derek emailed me the next morning and let me know he was there if we wanted to revisit the Trailhawk. We bought the car the next day. I'm kinda of a jerk to deal with so he had his work cut out for him! Derek has broken away from sales stereotypes and does things his own way. I would recommend him to ANYONE in the market for a car. We caught up with Paul Dworzak who we dealt with in the past. He's always amazing and full of knowledge and great after market options for your new purchase. This was the first time we dealt with Joe for the finance side of it. Joe was also no pressure with extended warranty options and was laid back, knowledgeable and friendly. Buy your next Chrysler at Unique. Six cars later, that's who I'm buying my next car from. More
