I recently sourced and purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I am a busy person and truly do not like to waste time or play mind games with things. After an initial discussion they forwarded me more pictures of the truck, additional information on it, we finalized a price (which took little effort to come to a mutually agreeable one), worked out the financing and within 48 hours they had the truck sitting on my driveway, nearly 600km away!! .... We had talked with several dealers at various dealerships and once we had talked with Kevin we had all of our questions answered truthfully and to the point. We live in a small town a 1/2 hour from the neare and once we had talked with Kevin we had all of our questions answered truthfully and to the point. We live in a small town a 1/2 hour from the nearest city but we do all of our shopping, doctoring, etc. an hour away. We needed a lot of space but also good gas mileage. Most of the dealers told us that the Yukon is the only one with a fuel management system so that we would only run on 4 of the 8 cylinders while on the highway using cruise. Kevin was more up front with the information that this is only true when on a flat road or going down hill. We then looked at other vehicle options that would give us good gas mileage with "extra" space. The only problem was that those vehicles would not fit 3 car eats side by side in the middle row. We were back to the Yukon but we realized that we needed the space more than the gas mileage and decided on the Yukon XL. We weren't looking for leather seats and upgrades, we have kids and a dog so cloth seats would have been best BUT the Yukon XL that was in stock fit the bill as best as it was going to for the price so we decided on it. The interesting thing is that when we first started our vehicle search we had said no twice to the vehicle we ended up buying! Simple because it had the upgrades we didn't want but the price dropped enough for us to say yes. Thank you Kevin! We will definitely be sending people your way! More

We came from out of town wanting to hit several dealership during the day in an effort to buy a vehicle. We eventually made it to Ulmer Chevrolet and started talking with Brad about the Chevy Cruze dealership during the day in an effort to buy a vehicle. We eventually made it to Ulmer Chevrolet and started talking with Brad about the Chevy Cruze. Brad easily answered all our questions, pointed out subtle differences between available models and also made us aware of specials on tires and other promotions such as "holiday" and military rebates. Once our mind was made up, Brad started lining up the dealership's asset to ensure we could drive the vehicle home since it was already late afternoon. As we were going through the paperwork with Melissa in the finance department, Brad ensured the car got prepped for the drive home. That included mounting and installing winter tires above and beyond the regular prep work. Melissa in finance was very thorough with regards to documents we would need to complete the purchase that day. That enabled us to contact our insurance provider in time. Melissa then handled faxing documents with our insurance company and crunched out various options to fit our budget while giving us the best value for our money. In the span of approximately two hours, everything was finalized. Service personnel along with sales and finance departments, made this deal a success. Even though everyone involved had to put in overtime, we never felt rushed or pressured in anyway.
