I brought my truck into get a ticking sound repaired, got a 2700 dollar bill for repair and the same day I got the truck the exact same tick was there, I contacted the service dept, was told that the tick wa a 2700 dollar bill for repair and the same day I got the truck the exact same tick was there, I contacted the service dept, was told that the tick was something else they never touched. I took the truck there to get tick repaired not do a bunch of work and not repair the problem it was brought in for, guess that's a $2700 lesson for me wont be giving them anymore business or referring anyone to go there. if you are looking for a new truck go to Two Way i bought me first truck from Brad nearly 15 years ago. The sales experience was so much better than those big city dealers. Brad was able to answer i bought me first truck from Brad nearly 15 years ago. The sales experience was so much better than those big city dealers. Brad was able to answer all my questions about the truck I was looking at. He gave me the best price upfront and didn't need to go see his manager for anything. The whole process was quick and respectful of my time. Plus I saved thousands of dollars by dealing at Two Way Service compared to the city dealer. As of today I have bought 5 vehicles from Brad and recommended all my family to see him too. Word or advice: if you want a terrific sales experience go to Two Way Service in Southey. More
Best service experience I have ever had! After getting insanely high quotes to perform some basic service work on my SUV at the Regina dealerships I decided to take a short drive to Southey. After getting insanely high quotes to perform some basic service work on my SUV at the Regina dealerships I decided to take a short drive to Southey. Two Way Service in Southey performed all the work I asked for at less than half the cost of those expensive city dealers! The lesson I learned is that small town dealers charge a lot less for the same work - and I love to save money! I have already recommended them to several of my friends. More
Dissapointing Customer Service I brought my 2009 Ford Escape into Bennett Ford in Regina, SK for a basic checkup early December 2013 and Bennett found some issues with my bushings. I brought my 2009 Ford Escape into Bennett Ford in Regina, SK for a basic checkup early December 2013 and Bennett found some issues with my bushings. I had just purchased my vehicle in August of 2013 at the Ford Dealership in Southey (Two-Way Service). I phoned Southey Ford to see if they could check my vehicle over as they had told me that my vehicle was in excellent condition at the time of purchase. The staff at Southey stated that they would take care of it and cover the cost of the repairs if there were any but, when I brought my vehicle to them to work on, they stated that the bushings were fine and that they would not replace them as they were still considered to be safe. I brought my vehicle back to Bennett where they took photo's and measured the crack/separation of my bushing and the measurement came back as almost three times past what spec is considered to be (Crack/separation measured on my vehicle = .875 Inches - Spec being .393 Inches). I shared emails back and forth with Southey (Mostly with Darryll Maier) and got nowhere in terms of support, and/or respectable customer service. Darryll also went on to say that the issue with the bushings was a debatable problem even after I showed him the photo's taken by Bennett in which he did not appear to see as proof in any way. I made continuous attempts to maintain my service with Southey but unfortunately Southey did no want to take any responsibility for the issue and treated me and my boyfriend very rudely. The mechanic that we dealt with was fairly nice but he did not measure the bushings properly and made an improper diagnosis of the safety of my vehicle. I had made numerous trips out to Southey as well to try and work something out with the Dealership and was treated with the utmost disrespect and poor customer service. Darryll told me that all I wanted was for Southey Ford to lie to me and just have them tell me something was wrong with my vehicle because that seems like the only thing that would make me happy. Darryll also raised his voice to me and boyfriend and used inappropriate language when neither myself or my boyfriend were raising our voices or being rude at all. We were just trying to figure out how Southey and Bennett were seeing two totally different things. All in all, horrible service and Darryll was the absolute worst person to deal with. I also want to mention that Bennett Ford went out of their way to assist me (even though this issue had nothing to do with them). Bennett Ford only charged me for HALF of the cost of the parts and that is all that they charged me for!! This is something that Southey did not even offer me! I would have thought and expected much more from Southey considering I purchased my vehicle from them but, they definitely fell short of my expectations. I am beyond happy that Bennett took the time and put the effort into ensuring that my vehicle was safe to drive and actually cared about me and my service unlike Southey Ford. Southey Ford has not only lost me as a customer but many others in this short time that has passed since this whole ordeal took place. I, along with family members and friends will be sure to recommend Bennett Dunlop Ford's service over Southey Two-Way Service. CG More
