I went in for an oil change which is usually about $50. The total cost was $100, because they upgraded the oil to the most expensive they had with out asking for my consent. They told me that the truck needed a water pump and it would cost $212 to replace it. I had to ask the owner of the truck and said. I would get back to them. when I made the service date I confirmed the price was $212 installed they confirmed. The total bill was almost $492. The service manager Donna Dion, talked to the owner Gordon Muise, then asked me for my keys to check the vin number on the truck, walked to the door turned around and waled over to me and informed me that the owner said that I was to pay the or they were going to keep my truck. I asked Donna Dion if I could talk to the owner and she said " Gordon Muise does not to be bothered with you. They never apologized for their error in the quote, or for lying to me in order to get my keys. This is not what I would call good customer service, or a good dealership. The other people in the waiting area were unhappy with the customer service and said they were going to get their warrantee work done elsewhere next time. If you get work done here expect to pay more than the quote, and bring extra keys. You probably will not be happy, and the owner probably won't want to be bothered with you either. More
