He is exceptionally friendly, qualified, helpful. He took care of several "warranty covered" repairs, saved me time, money, hassle. The whole dealership is a friendly bunch, never a problem. This service appointment was based an a service follow-up as it was recommended to come in to see if there was something that could be done further to correct the issue. It was corrected to 95% which was more than satisfactory for me short of paying more service fees that I feel at this time is unwarranted given the issue at hand. From the moment we walked in Frank took care of us. He explained the work needing to be done but also what recommendations were needed now and which could wait. That was corrected and we were sent on our way. I would definately recommend this dealership to anyone. More
