I have dealt with Turpin for a number of years & this is the second car I have brought there for service. I have found them to be pleasant, professional, honest & very knowledgeable. If ordered parts were going to be late, I have been offered alternatives; Turpin has paid for many car rentals for me, outside of my warranty period. That quality never wavered, even during the Saab divorce / GM's meltdown. Turpin staff has always been professional, helpful, patient and friendly (even when I wasn't) and I would prefer to deal with no one but Turpin. My mother who was purchasing a used car was very nervous about the whole experience. With the help of Mr. Guigue, it was a good experience.
