Impressed I wanted to take advantage of the end of the year deals. I talked to a number of dealers in Ontario and no one was able to find the vehicle I wanted. I talked to Darrel at True North on Christmas Eve Day and Darrel found me my vehicle within 2 hours, I was very impressed and thankful that I finally found a salesperson that was willing to put the effort into finding me a vehicle and to make a sale. This is the effort I expect from a dealership when a customer is ready to spend money on a new vehicle. Secondly, I found everyone very friendly and helpful, True North as a dealership impressed me because they are so active in their community and are obviously willing to give back.
