He was beyond accommodating, and went above and beyond with answering questions, demonstrating and comparing different trailers, and meeting our price point. He really knows his stuff, and if you are looking at buying a trailer at all - save your money and take it to Troy's Toys. You will not be disappointed with the quality for the price. Best Canadian Cargo Trailer Manufacturer and Sales After receiving a phone call from Stephan Cyr, having seen my unhappy comments on another company’s site on Facebook, Stephan pointed out all the reas After receiving a phone call from Stephan Cyr, having seen my unhappy comments on another company’s site on Facebook, Stephan pointed out all the reasons their cargo trailers surpassed the quality of other Ontario manufacturers, gave me a quote within an hour, and asked my wife and I to visit the factory in Goderich to see for ourselves. Upon doing so, and getting the factory tour from Bruce, the owner, who happened to be there. Bruce also pointed out all the factors that made their trailers a Top Quality Product and I was so happy I gave Stephan the order! Now, can’t wait for delivery!
