What we liked was that they listened to what we wanted and did not try to push other options or things onto us like other dealers try to do. They asked questions and then worked to meet our needs. Very refreshing! We also asked many questions and if Jacqueline did not know the answer, she called on Eric to answer details. A real team approach! All told, the process was easy and took only a couple of hours to finalize. Simply excellent. Again, we really loved the fact there was no sales jargon, tactics or pressure involved, just the straight goods. THANK YOU! We highly recommend Tri-County Ford. We certainly will be back. More

We were interested in the Ford F150 and went to our local dealership in Tatamagouche to look at some options. Greeted by Randy MacDonald. Who from the very beginning was not interested in our business. He was far too casual almost lazy. He may have had pink eye, he was short with us, and with absolutely no effort - located a truck in Halifax that he could have someone DRIVE to us.. (drive my brand new truck 100km before I even see it!?) every vehicle on the lot had ridiculous upgrades that forces the customer to pay for shiny chrome.. on top of the overpriced models on display.. Randy made us feel like if we didn't have a big bag of money to give him for the halifax mystery truck we are not likely going to get it.. and im not exaggerating. We never went back to see him. We went to Hollis Ford in Truro and was taken care of with a level of service that should shame the tri county location. certainly a learning experience for the young fellow. More
