First Visit, Poor Result I went in midday on a weekday and roamed the facility for about 10 minutes before a representative realized a customer was present. I was looking to test drive one of their vehicles, but they did not have any in stock at the time. I said I could come back at a later date, but the agent could not recommended a day and instead proceeded to read information from his manual about the vehicles Kia had to offer. He did not know much about the product line and anytime I asked questions for information outside of what was already available in their brochures or the internet, he would default to basic information I already knew or he was unclear on the matter. Maybe this dealership was confident in their sales numbers, or maybe they were under-staffed, but at no point did I feel that there was any interest ensuring that I was walking away with a new Kia. It was disappointing that I had wasted my time and drive to attend one of the best reviewed Kia dealerships, rather than the ones local to my area. I probably caught them on an off-day, but I would think when it comes to the marketing industry, every sale is crucial. I ended up purchasing a Mazda later that evening. More
