not going back there Bought a new 2015 Forte. In March 2015. Went to Montreal twice .after 3000 km check the tires presure all 4 was over 50 psi. Went for first oil change Bought a new 2015 Forte. In March 2015. Went to Montreal twice .after 3000 km check the tires presure all 4 was over 50 psi. Went for first oil change. (First one free )drove over 2000 km. Check the oil. It was over filled by 1 liter of oil in the engine. Email the service department no response. Went in to get oil drained. The owner was there talked to him about tires presure and oil over filled. He said give me an free oil change next time. Went for 2nd oil change. The service guy said he doesn't remember the owner said it was free. Anyway I got it for free. But it was over filled again. Went for 3rd oil change the service guy wasn't happy to get my business. So I won't be going back. More

Ron Persaud a customer SUPER HERO I escaped from Plaza KIA in Thornhill because they wanted to charge me extra $435.00 + taxes on top of $3000.00 ++ authorized by the warranty it seems I escaped from Plaza KIA in Thornhill because they wanted to charge me extra $435.00 + taxes on top of $3000.00 ++ authorized by the warranty it seems they have big appetite to maximize their profit on any job they get their hands on , I called Ron he invited me to bring the car , he inspected the problem at no charge (I paid $59.33 for Plaza KIA just to look at the problem) he ordered the parts , he provided me with a loaner car was fixed and ready on time all charges covered by the warranty. Ron and Shahzad did great job, I admire their efforts and service and they deserve recognition . Thanks and God bless you. More
