I recently relocated to the Peterborough area and I needed a local dealer for ongoing maintenance on my 2006 Honda Civic. So this was my first service visit. I was able to conveniently make an appointment with Valerie by phone. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately by Cindy. I met Michael Barnard who was my Service Advisor and spoke to him several times during the day. Michael was very helpful to explain my multi-point inspection as well as the need for a replacement part. I also want to give a "shout out" to Larry Pearson who I spoke with in Sales. Overall, I was very impressed with my tour of the facility. I feel good that I have joined the TWHonda family! More

Service for tire pressure dashboard warning light I was very pleased with the quality and efficiency of service. punctual, polite, courteous. I really like the friendly atmosphere you get with all the staff. Everyone is willing to talk to you and get you the answers you need or point you in I really like the friendly atmosphere you get with all the staff. They care about each customer and that makes them unique as far as I am concerned. The service department was honest and kept the timeline for my appointment and got me in on time and out in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone's time is valuable and they understand this and do their best to limit your down time. No matter if its sales, service, reception, or finance you get a friendly greeting and respect.
