I recently relocated to the Peterborough area and I needed a local dealer for ongoing maintenance on my 2006 Honda Civic. So this was my first service visit. I was able to conveniently make an appointment with Valerie by phone. When I arrived, I was checked in immediately by Cindy. I met Michael Barnard who was my Service Advisor and spoke to him several times during the day. Michael was very helpful to explain my multi-point inspection as well as the need for a replacement part. I also want to give a "shout out" to Larry Pearson who I spoke with in Sales. Overall, I was very impressed with my tour of the facility. I feel good that I have joined the TWHonda family! More

The service department was honest and kept the timeline for my appointment and got me in on time and out in a reasonable amount of time.
