Great team and fantastic service! TV Honda's service is fantastic! My partner and my self had our eye on a vehicle at Zero to 100 fine motors in Toronto. When we stopped by there was no one around, doors were locked yet it said it was supposed to be open. We contacted them and they were so extremely unprofessional it gave my partner and myself a bad impression. They were very shady. So we drove back home and stopped at TV Honda. With only minutes to spare before closing (on a Friday to boot) they took us in, let us test drive a car, took us through the entire process and we signed the paperwork. By this time it was two hours after close but they were still more than happy to help out. We were very well taken care of and we really appreciated it after the disaster Zero to 100 called customer service. I would recommend TV Honda to anyone. They will make sure you are happy and will keep you happy. More

Everyone pitched in, just like family would I had an unexpected problem with my car on Wed morning. After getting it to Trent Valley, although short-staffed, 3 service members (Aldo, Michael and the service manager, Anita, who personally went behind the wheel of my vehicle) took it upon themselves to see what they could do and resolve the issue in a timely manner. On top of taking care of my situation quickly, there was no cost! My visit to TVH was a 180 degree improvement from the crappy start I had to the day, and it was all because of the care I received. I even got to stop in and thank Rino for treating me so well when he sold me my car last year. They really do treat you like family. More

Very Helpful Service Staff I was moving house and had to get my tires from storage at the last minute. I was passed over to the very friendly service staff who agreed to help me on short notice on a Saturday and so I thank them for that. Michael is great. The only negative experience I ever had here was where I was quoted a different price over the phone than what I was asked to pay when I picked up my vehicle (or at least the total price wasn't made very clear). This was later sorted out and I was given a discount to make up for the difference and again, there was always someone friendly there to help out. More

Very accomadating. I gave them a pretty odd situation needing a new car out of nowhere.. my truck needed work and wasn't road worthy. Base price is very affordable but Ontario hst, freight and licencing fees are steep. Coming from Alberta that stuff is a fractional. The base price was fine! None of that the dealership can avoid it's Ontario's jurisdiction. More

I had forgotten to mention one of my tires was appeared to have lost a bit of pressure but the service people observed the problem and proceeded to fix the tire concerned. I was also provided with a very nice loaner vehicle (a 2008 CRV in excellent condition) due to the approximately four hours required for the appointment. More
