Band-Aid Special! I bought a car from them that they praised so much. They seemed friendly enough and trusted them. Big mistake! Car died just over 30 days later. Trax Auto said they'd give a deal on the labour if I brought it in to them. Lol. How was I to do that? They wouldn't pay to have it towed so How do I get it there? I lived quite a ways away from them. So I had it towed to a local mechanic. I told Trax Auto of his findings. Band-Aid City! Bypassed wiring, etc. They did nothing to help me. Cost me $2,000 after 2 weeks of repairing in the shop. Trax would not help with the bill at all. I traded the junker in and only got 1/4 of what the car and bills had cost me. A loss of $8,000 in just over a month. Don't buy from Trax Auto folks, stay far,far away. I should've seen the Red Flag when they were handed the cash, they sent out for chinese food. More

How can this place be allowed to operate? Bought a car from this place. I thought everything checked out. Carfax, 6 month warranty, friendly staff, nice looking vehicle and not badly priced. T Bought a car from this place. I thought everything checked out. Carfax, 6 month warranty, friendly staff, nice looking vehicle and not badly priced. Then BAM! A few weeks later you are stuck with a pile of junk. A Huge paper weight that needs a push I might add. Phoned them up and they said they'd give a deal on the labour to fix the car. Oh ya, like I want their handy Dr's doing anymore to it. After the car broke down we found area's on the engine that have been tampered or doctored you might say. Stripped bolts and electrical tape around bare wires. You could say maybe these things were over-looked. But why would you have to dig like that to find these things. The vehicle does not run. Now it won't even start. Several mechanics have walked away from it. Lost as to what to do. Gonna cost a fortune I know that much. If you are looking for a driveway monument, I have one here for you or you can purchase your own through them. The 6 month warranty only covers the inside parts of the transmission and motor up to $1,000. It will have to be towed to be fixed now. More

They have nice-looking clean cars and mild-mannered sales people to lure you in, but once you pick a car and start the paperwork, you are in for a horrible experience if you change your mind. You will not get your money back even if you didn't take the car! Armin may project a nice image but he is a shrewd and greedy businessman no matter who you, are even if you have a physical disability.I wouldn't buy anything from this guy. Not even a matchbox. More

Th My recent experience is a bad one, I finished paying for a vehicle, phoned and asked when I should stop in and transfer ownership and was told no. The car isn't running, hasn't for the last four months but I still made all my payments on time. Armin decided that I owed him money for an unrelated thing, so, he's keeping ownership and making me pay full coverage insurance for a vehicle that should have storage on it until I figure out what's wrong with it. Regardless Trax breached contract and I'm now working my way threw the system to rectify it, talk about a tireless transaction. I highly recommend staying away from this place. More
