I've had my vehicle that I ordered from the factory since August of 202 and provide friendly and prompt answers to any questions that you could have. I've had my vehicle that I ordered from the factory since August of 2023, and have been back for servicing and to ask any questions that I've had, and I've always been greeted by Geordie personally when he's around. I've waited until now to post this review as I wanted to make sure I could get a full sense of the purchase experience before doing so. The vehicle itself was recieved in pristine condition with all of the options perfectly, and connected services were set up to work upon pickup. I was kept informed after purchasing the vehicle and waiting for delivery, and given updates pertaining to delivery date as Toyota updated their production numbers. The Corolla actually came in a couple of weeks earlier than projected production date! Going back for vehicle servicing has been great as well, and they're reasonable about how can manage your scheduled maintenance included with new vehicle purchase/extended warranty. You will receive a card in the mail for your associated discounts a few months after purchase, but you have access to these perks right away. I would recommend, and have recommended ToyotaTown to other people who have had problems with other dealerships. The entire process has been seamless and painless, and I'm always enthusiastic to go back if I need any information or paperwork! More

James went above and beyond even came in on his day off answering my questions regarding my options for a trade in, responded to emails, etc, phone messages immediately, for which I felt "important". I have the Bright headlight feature that turns off and on without me using it that no one showed me when I bought my Rav 4 at another dealership.. I will be returning to Toyota Town hands down..
