Just had the best Used car buying experience ever at Toyatatown. Our Sales associate was Menat Al-Bayya. We purchased a 2012 Toyota Corolla for my daughter. The atmosphere at Toyotatown was like no other car dealership I have experienced. It was very busy each of the three times we were there, but Menat makes you feel like you are the only person there. Undivided attention without ever being pushy or pressuring. This was my daughters first car buying experience, and she took the time to explain everything that she needed to know. She is EXTREMELY organized and shows a great deal of efficiency in all aspects of her job. I highly recommend Toyota town and please ask for Menat. You won't be disappointed. More

This is our third car from toyota town, twice we have leased from Sylvia Donovan. Jason really went above and beyond what we expected and, even though the deal had to close quickly, we never felt pressured or coerced (as we did at other places). His entire department have made any servicing (whether its an investigation into a weird "sound" like my last visit, or a run-of-the-mill oil change) an easy affair, with great pricing and a very comfortable environment to wait in (if I'm staying at the dealership during the work). Anytime I've had a question or concern with my current vehicle Todd has handled the inquiry with a personal touch that reminds me each time of why I will not shop at, or try to find an alternative to my cars ongoing service needs. I live in Cambridge but I am glad I drove alll the way to London to get my Toyota. It was apparent from the first phone call he was going to help me make this purchase happen. Definately recommend Shawn and Toyota town to any buyer! Incidentally I noticed a clip was missing in the engine compartment about a week after my purchase and they not only replaced it but made one available at our local Toyota dealer the next day. They seem to be anxious to back up there product! Also had a great experience in financing with Vlad. I am a rookie to financing and he dumbed it all down for me so I knew exactly what I was getting into, no secrets he just gave me the facts. Great Job Guys! More
