My experience has been with Sylvia Donovan at ToyotaTown London. I have always found Sylvia to be extremely knowledgeable with the products I've been interested in. I've recommended this dealership and specifically Sylvia many times, and will continue to do so. Our daughter made her very first car purchase through Sylvia, a 2008 Yaris. We just wanted to introduce her to Sylvia, talk about what our daughter wanted to buy, and within minutes, Sylvia had a vehicle for her! The process was impressive and easy. From the beginning of any conversation with Sylvia to the moment one of us leaves the dealership in a new vehicle - we're impressed! We are so happy with our new 2014 Toyota Corolla! Frank C was so so helpful in making our purchase. My wife walked into Toyota Town to inquire about a used car they had on their lot. Nick happened to be the sales agent that approached her and we couldn't be happier. After getting a new job, I decided I wanted a new vehicle. I had my eye on the Scion FR-S. The first time I went to this dealer I met Tony, he was great, friendly and right away hooked me up with a t vehicle. I had my eye on the Scion FR-S. The first time I went to this dealer I met Tony, he was great, friendly and right away hooked me up with a test drive. I would have bought the car from him if practicality didn't get in the way. I opted to keep my old car at the time to save some money. Six months later that car started having issues, so back to Totoya I went! I could not remember who I had dealt with six months prior but Jason was there to help me and soon I was being looked after by two awesome reps. I had settled on the Scion tC at this point because it was sporty and still had space in the back. After doing their best to track down a blue tC, I decided ANY tC would do. Then we found out there were none. Except one. The beautiful red demo model. I expressed my dislike of the stereo head unit in the vehicle, it was from 3 years prior and the 2014's are supposed to have touch screens. My only issue was that, and they took care if it better than I could have expected. They hooked me up with a free stereo upgrade, which was quite pricey and VERY nice. For free. I said yes right away and the deal was done! They walked me through everything, answered all my questions and made me VERY happy I bought a car from them. I will be going back for another vehicle from this dealer for sure! More
