I live in Cambridge but I am glad I drove alll the way to London to get my Toyota. It was apparent from the first phone call he was going to help me make this purchase happen. Definately recommend Shawn and Toyota town to any buyer! Incidentally I noticed a clip was missing in the engine compartment about a week after my purchase and they not only replaced it but made one available at our local Toyota dealer the next day. They seem to be anxious to back up there product! Also had a great experience in financing with Vlad. I am a rookie to financing and he dumbed it all down for me so I knew exactly what I was getting into, no secrets he just gave me the facts. Great Job Guys! More

I recently purchased a 2011 Volkswagen Jetta TDI from Toyota Town after a long search through the lots of other VW dealerships in and around London. Typically I'm reluctant to buy anything used from any Toyota Town after a long search through the lots of other VW dealerships in and around London. Typically I'm reluctant to buy anything used from any other branded dealer but the manufacturers (Understandably, it's hard for an outside dealer to have the same knowledge base about the car as someone who sells them regularly). My experience with Toyota Town was just the opposite. Sean McRae was easy to work with and continued following up with any questions I had even long after the sale. Post sale, I've since had the car into their service department 3 times to take care of some general maintenance, i.e. oil changes, new summer tires, etc. Me, always leaving things to the last minute, was able to call Sarah Cawston directly in the service department, the day of or end of day before and she managed to squeeze me in every time. Even on some very busy weekends. While there, Sarah was extremely helpful in addressing any questions I had and she even followed up with a local VW dealership to double check the specific service information for the car. Every time I picked up my car it was washed and ready to go. These guys are pros and I will be certainly taking my car back here for it's next service as well as consulting them first before my next car purchase. Keep up the great work! More

I was looking to purchase a new car for the very first time and have always loved Toyota vehicles as I find them to be an outstanding ride bar none. I looked at a few other car dealers and different makes of vehicles, but was always attracted to the Toyota. My very first car was a Toyota Corolla back in 1972 and I just traded in my 2001 Toyota Camry on the new and totally amazing 2013 Toyota Avalon Limited Edition Metallic Grey. What a hot looking piece of work! When we arrived at Toyota Town, Shawn Longworth greeted us with his professionalism and a great sense of humour. He answered all our questions, offered us the features we wanted at a great price, he couldn't be beat. We took the demo Avalon out for a test drive and I was sold. The comfort, class and price were amazing. Unfortunately, the one I wanted could not be found in Ontario. Shawn and the Manager went out of their way to have my vehicle specially made at the manufacturer in Kentucky, U.S.A. The arrival date was the end of July, which saddened me because I wanted to have the vehicle before May 22nd as this was my fathers birthday. I told Shawn my situation that I would never have been able to have my dream car, as unfortunately my father passed away in Nov 12, and without my inheritance, I would have never been able to own my first new car.. If god willing, I would rather have my father back and I still would have been driving my Camry, but unseen circumstances could not predict the passing of my father..to you Dad..I thank you from the bottom of my heart. So, while Shawn knew the reason that I wanted my car on or before my fathers birthday, he jumped through hoops to have my car delivered to me by May 17, 2013!!!! All I can say is, thank you very much Shawn, you were amazing, and even felt bad for me that I bawled my eyes out when I handed over my Camry to drive away with my new Avalon..from the bottom of my heart..you are totally awesome. Good luck with all your endeavors and keep on selling, I am sure many others will be impressed as we were. I love my new car, its like a home away from home... :) To anyone out there, take my advice and go see Shawn Longworth at Toyota Town in London, ON..trust me, you wouldn't be disappointed..Koodos Shawn on a job well done!!!
