The staff in service was transparent showing me the damage on my old car and estimates on repairs matched what I had found I online in research. The trade in value for my old car wasn't great but they got me a lease return 2011 Rav4 with only 44k km and a 5 year warranty available on it. They worked to get me a car loan with the best bank with the payment schedule I wanted and best interest rate which went down almost 2% this time. I'll miss my little pumpkin orange 2009 Toyota Matrix but I'm happy to be riding around town in my brown car Toyota Rav4 thanks to Toyota Town - it's perfect! More
