Rob is totally honest, trust worthy, knowledgeable, and always discussed his recommendations prior to going ahead with repairs. Many people have advised me NOT to use dealerships for servicing my vehicle but I would never go anywhere else. In fact I won't book services if Rob was away, i would just wait until he returned. Toyota is extremely lucky to have Rob working for them. The bonus with Rob is he is very friendly making my visits always a good experience! Rob always goes that Extra mile!!! More
