Impeccable! First encountered ToyotaTown back in 2001 when I was looking for an affordable new car. A friend who had been a Toyota owner for nearly 10 years highl First encountered ToyotaTown back in 2001 when I was looking for an affordable new car. A friend who had been a Toyota owner for nearly 10 years highly recommended I contact Ken Yates. So I did. I leased a new Corolla. Then I moved to Toronto. Despite the distance I managed to time my visits for service with visits to my London friends. On every visit Ken made time to stop and chat. In 2005 I traded for a Toyota Echo hatchback - ideal for my commuting around Toronto. In 2008 I switched to purchasing a new Yaris from Ken, and sold my Echo to another London friend who has become another satisfied customer. By 2011, I had reluctantly stopped the London visits and thus, the visits to ToyotaTown. I traded the Yaris for a Volvo.... Sorry Ken. Thanks so much for your impeccable service over the years. I have no hesitation in recommending Ken Yates. He's the real deal at ToyotaTown! More

He answered all my questions, and if he was unsure of anything he promptly went to find someone to make sure I received a response. He was very down to earth and I did not ever feel pressured into making any decisions. He made sure that everything was ready for me to drive off the lot - new plates on, full tank of gas, all paperwork, and even a bottle of water!!
