Gwen was very knowledgeable about the vehicles but what was also important to me was her genuine approach and the fact that she did not pressure me to buy one car over the other or to hurry up and buy. Cleary as a salesperson her goal was to sell me a car but in doing so she was patient, respectful and took her lead from me. I also super appreciated that before I signed on the dotted line Gwen double checked with me to ensure I was going to be happy with the car color, interior etc. So grateful she did because I did opt to make some changes.
