Great Sales Person My wife and I stopped in Toyota -Town while we were shopping in London. We were interested in the Rav4 but we were also interested in the Subaru Outba My wife and I stopped in Toyota -Town while we were shopping in London. We were interested in the Rav4 but we were also interested in the Subaru Outback. The sales person that dealt with us was Terry Northrup. We test drove the Rav4 and Terry asked us if we wanted to go with or without him for the test drive. We asked him to come along. He answered all our questions and explained everything in a very professional manner. Before we left the dealership Terry provided us with some numbers that we requested. A few days later we made a deal which included our trade in. When we picked up our new vehicle Terry was there to make sure everything went smoothly and he sat in our new Rav4 along with us and explained how everything worked and answered the many questions that my wife had. It was a pleasure dealing with Terry and we looked forward to dealing with him in the future. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Janine Feenstra. She provided us with much information once we made our purchase. Our dealings with Janine were over the phone but when we picked up our RAV4 Janine approached us and introduced herself to us. More
