Great Service We were visiting from 4 hours away when we experienced vehicle problems. We called the dealership which suggested speaking directly with a service ad We were visiting from 4 hours away when we experienced vehicle problems. We called the dealership which suggested speaking directly with a service advisor. Peter Engelmanas signed us in, offered a complimentary coffee while we waited for the vehicle to be checked. The repairs were scheduled in for first thing the next day - a Saturday! (Not available in our home area.) The vehicle needed to stay put so Peter arranged for a ride. As Peter was not working the next day, he had our file moved to Firis Sharif who continued with the same high level of help. Both men went above and beyond making sure all was done in time so that we could have a safe and problem free trip home. Communication was excellent - we always knew 'the next step'. We were also advised of the ToyotaTown Advantage Club Card program which saved us 10%of our total bill. Thanks Peter and Firis. Great job. Thanks to the mechanics too! PS - the friendly service continued at the luncheon counter too! More

Fantastic Experience w/Nancy Hopper!! I recently bought a 2015 RAV4 and it was my first 'new' vehicle. It can be a very overwhelming experience...or so I expected until I got Nancy as my I recently bought a 2015 RAV4 and it was my first 'new' vehicle. It can be a very overwhelming experience...or so I expected until I got Nancy as my sales rep. She was so informative and such a pleasure to work with! I expected to be shopping at numerous places for days but as soon as she introduced me to the RAV4 I just knew I needed to move forward. He REALLY listened to me Hello, I recently leased a Scion Xb from Toyota Town through Baz. As I do not participate in online reviews, I wanted to let you know how pleased Hello, I recently leased a Scion Xb from Toyota Town through Baz. As I do not participate in online reviews, I wanted to let you know how pleased I was to work with him. I know you have a big sales team there, and of all of them, he was right for me for some important reasons: 1. He REALLY listened to me. I was trying to decide between a Yaris (which I was previously in) and a Corolla (which I thought was the only other option in my price range). He heard what I was not saying, (which was that neither choice was really right for me in spite of what all other sales folks had tried to convince me) and realized that I needed a bigger and more comfortable vehicle, and wanted a different 'look' than either of them offered. He also 'got it' that I did not want a high EMF panel inches from my chest, and instead of highlighting the benefits of the electronic gagetry of the Corolla dash, brought out the Scion which has the set-back dash with fewer electrical options there. I have to say I had that initial choice conversation with more than one person at other dealerships (since I originally leased in Toronto), and NOT A SINGLE person ever thought to suggest the Scion Xb. He got me into the RIGHT vehicle for me. 2. He spoke at my pace. I had placed calls making some initial inquiries to your dealership, but the fellow that got back to me a) did not answer the question I asked AND talked so fast I could not process the info he was giving me. Sales people should speak at the same pace that their customer does. More than once I avoided visiting your dealership because it seemed I was not connecting with someone who was really listening and giving me the info at the pace I needed. I felt rushed on basic questions. 3. He did not overload me with information I did not need. I gave him a cue on this and he followed completely. I had little interest in brakes, tires and all of that. I needed to fit comfortably in the vehicle of my choice, and had a few other key criteria. He focussed on those in depth, which was what I needed, then was available to answer the other stuff if I needed it. 4. He was relaxed, which allowed me to be relaxed enough to make a quick and wise decision. It was an important factor. 5. He let me test drive the vehicle on my own, after a drive with me. That allowed me to really 'try on' the vehicle and make my final decision quickly. These things may seem obvious and standard protocol for sales folks, but Baz really delivered on them and made the entire experience really pleasant. More
