I had been on other occasions when my parents had their Toyota's serviced at the old dealership. We were walk-ins and didn’t have an appointment so reception introduced us to Nick. He was patient and listened to what I had to say instead of walking off with the conversation and trying to up sell me on something else. I didn’t feel pressured the way I had at some of the other dealerships I had been to and it was really refreshing. That was one of my girlfriend’s first comments after we left the dealership that night and no matter what vehicle we ended up with she wanted to give Nick our business. When time and need came up, I did the research online first, but was still nervous about my first car buying experience. Toyota Town has a great reputation hence it was one of three area dealerships I considered. So glad I did, because from the beginning to the most recent Toyota Car Care clinic(free), Tomasz was there to greet me and made me feel welcome and at ease. He listened to my needs, asked good questions and found a great car to meet my budget too. The extended test drive confirmed the right choice he helped us make. Best of all, although we bought a used economy car, I was made feel special as if I bought a top of the line new Lexus. Tomasz even programmed my iPhone for hands free connectivity and safety, and sent me a follow up email with a video on how to do it for my husband who couldn't make it in. I have been getting a lot of compliments on my new-used car at work, and am happy to tell everyone where to get the best advice and value at a fair price from Tomasz Kisiel at Toyota Town, thanks from SW and family. Lee then paired is with Gwen who took the time to figure out and suggest the best option for our family. We are a soccer family with 5 kids and big dogs. She knew we were looking in the event our current vehicle could not be repaired and still have us her time and full attention. During the appointment we got the call stating we were getting our van back and still she went thought the work to show us rates and price differences knowing we were not buying that day. When we are ready we will be calling Gwen and purchasing our next van from her. There was never and pressure and everyone there were wonderful and helpful. If your a busy family with kids Toyota town is the place for you to go. More

Going into it I was very, very nervous and didn't know what to expect I purchased my first vehicle at Toyota Town with help from the salesperson Nick. Going into it I was very, very nervous and didn't know what to expect. Nick was very kind, helpful and informative and helped me get into to perfect car for my little family. He walked me through the purchase process and even helped me through the process of getting the car licenced. I've since been back for oil changes and every time Nick showed me the same kindness he did the first time I walked into the dealership. He made this process so pain free! I will definitely be going to Nick when it's time to purchase my next vehicle, and my sons first vehicle. Great dealership, great staff! More

Since I am from Toronto, I had to do much of the correspondence by phone and email. Baz Afara was exceptional in answering my numerous emails regarding questions about the vehicle. He responded usually with in 30 minutes and often a few minutes after I had written him. Because there were some logistics to work out in terms of holding the vehicle,, payment etc. because I was not able to look at immediately being out of town, Baz was able to look all of these issues for me and was very accommodating. When we met in person, Baz was personable, and professional. I had discovered after a few days that there was a cup holder that was missing from the car. After emailing Baz, he ordered the missing part, and had it sent to my home within a week. The price of the vehicle was reasonable and very competitive, compared to the many others that I had looked at. Overall, the service was exceptional and I would definitely do business with Baz and Toyota Town in the future! More
