Super Simple Solution! We needed a replacement vehicle and were interested in the small SUVs, so we did our research online and one of the most highly rated was the Rav4. O We needed a replacement vehicle and were interested in the small SUVs, so we did our research online and one of the most highly rated was the Rav4. On a Saturday, we went out to do some test drives of potential options, which brought us to ToyotaTown where Shawn helped us out. He gave us all the information we needed about the vehicles, let us go for a drive and asked other questions to find out more about what our driving patterns were to better understand what would suit us best in a vehicle. One of our biggest questions was new vs. used and lease or buy, so he patiently laid out all the details of both options, taking the time to be sure we understood. Surprisingly, to us at least, a 3 year lease on a new vehicle was the ideal financing solution, but instead of trying to get us to commit right away, Shawn suggested we take the weekend to think about it, discuss it, and decide. If we wanted the car, come in on Monday. Needless to say, we were there at 9:00 a.m. when they opened. Nothing could have been a simpler, easier solution to satisfy our requirement for a new vehicle. More

Great Customer Service! I drive my father's car (Toyota Corolla) a great deal and attend all the servicing appointments on his behalf. The service department at ToyotaTown is so good that I actually enjoy taking the car in. The staff are very honest and trustworthy and really go out of their way to help. My latest service appointment was on Monday morning, when the car was having some starting issues. Amanda Krug was coordinating the appointment that day, and I was really impressed with the level of service she provided. For example, I was a bit late getting the car in and had missed the shuttle that I needed to get me to work that morning. Most people would just call that my problem, but Amanda looked around to see if there was any alternative that ToyotaTown could offer me. When I said I could easily take the bus, Amanda went around and checked whether there was a stop nearby and whether the bus would actually get me to work on time. When it appeared that it wouldn't, Amanda then went out of her way to find someone else at Toyotatown who could give me a ride to the office. I ended up having a very enjoyable talk with the person who drove me downtown and I was right on time for work! Thanks!!. More
