Toyota Town surpasses customer service expectations During our search for a pre-owned 2016 Toyota RAV4, and after numerous calls and visits to several Toyota dealerships, Toyota Town in London, Ontario During our search for a pre-owned 2016 Toyota RAV4, and after numerous calls and visits to several Toyota dealerships, Toyota Town in London, Ontario exceeded all our expectations and made the 3 hour drive a worthwhile trip. Not only did Toyota Town have the largest selection of quality pre-owned Toyota RAV4's for us to choose from, our Product Advisor, Frank Circelli, and Janine Feenstra (Financial Service Manager) were well beyond exceptional. From the first phone call inquiring about a pre-owned 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE (AWD) to leaving the dealership with a Brand New 2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE AWD (A6), we were extremely pleased with every detail of our new vehicle purchase. Although our initial intentions were to purchase a 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE to save money, the deal Frank Circelli negotiated for us on the 2017 XLE was too good to pass up. The upgraded features and full three year warranty on the New 2017 XLE far outweighed the few thousands we would save on purchasing the pre-owned 2016 Toyota RAV4 LE. It's no wonder why Toyota Town in London, Ontario is an award winning Toyota dealership and recognized by Toyota Canada as a "Pride" dealer. The dealership is immaculate and the entire Toyota Town team surpasses customer service expectations. Knowing we were pressed for time, Frank, Janine and the entire team at Toyota Town had us in our New 2017 Toyota RAV4 XLE within 24 hours; not something you would expect when the vehicle you purchased at 3:00 pm still required a pre-delivery inspection, detailing, undercoating protection, installation of a hood deflector and side door moldings; arranging financing, licensing and paper work. More

New car shopping I came into ToyotaTown to take a look at a couple vehicles and price out monthly payments. I had only a rough idea of what I was looking for in a vehi I came into ToyotaTown to take a look at a couple vehicles and price out monthly payments. I had only a rough idea of what I was looking for in a vehicle and wanted to test out a new Corolla to see what it had to offer. I was immediately hooked up with Geordie who sat me down to discuss the range of monthly payments I was looking at, leasing vs financing preferences, and what features I wanted in a car. He discussed the differences between the Yaris and Corolla, trim packages, generalized pricing, and took me out onto the lot to check out a couple vehicles. Geordie discussed every aspect of the vehicles? that I had questions about, and wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the trim packages that I was interested in. He then went into detailed pricing on the car, explaining the warranty coverages, what every? line of the pricing was for, and made it abundantly clear exactly what the associated costs were. He spent time discussing all of the services that ToyotaTown offers on top of just selling you a car. Everything from extra warranty protection, what to expect when servicing your vehicle, and the steps they take to make sure you are taken care of after you purchase the vehicle. In the end I ended up going a different route and did not buy/lease from Toyota, but have absolutely nothing bad to say regarding ToyotaTown. Geordie was a no-pressure salesman, and was more interested in making sure that you are comfortable and well informed before making your decision. Definitely one of my best experiences in car shopping. More
