The salesperson Kevin Swan was so helpful during the initial choosing of the vehicle that would suit my needs and explaining the difference between cars and s.u.v.s this was an excellent way to introduce me to the Toyota family, he also assisted me in signing up for the Aeoplan miles program which I now use frequently. My first service visit wa also a pleasant experience from the welcome from the attendant Mr Hill to the service representative who made sure I fully understood the the reason for the 6 monthly to the work completion to the surprising free car wash, did I mention the voucher for a coffee also.
