The initial response to my email inquiry from Joshulle was quick and courteous. I was then passed to sales associate Geordie, who made the entire buying process quick, painless, and even enjoyable. While searching for a new truck I found many sales people to be overly pushy, and only concerned with getting the deal done, sometimes even deceitful, Geordie was none of those. From the first email he sent me, with a personalized video, he was polite, friendly, and went over and above to make sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. My wife and I found him to be a pleasure to deal with and would highly recommend ToyotaTown, and especially Geordie, to anyone looking to buy a new or used Toyota. More

Bought a new used SUV Bought a Venza from Baz Afara. He was attentive to detail, not pushy. Baz was knowledgeable and very polite. When I told him that I had a vehicle al Bought a Venza from Baz Afara. He was attentive to detail, not pushy. Baz was knowledgeable and very polite. When I told him that I had a vehicle already in mind he immediately offered to have me take it for a drive and take my time until I was satisfied. I then came back with my wife and Baz once again let us take our time taking the Venza for a test drive. We then decided to buy it and the paper work went smoothly since Baz was very organized and he explained all the paperwork very thoroughly and answered all our questions respectfully. On pick up of the vehicle our winter tires were installed and the car was fully ready to go as promised at the set date and time.
